- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
- During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

- For orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal shipping or COD fee may apply (displayed at checkout).

6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

7. Damaged Packages
If you receive your order with visible damage to the packaging:
- Please do not accept the package or note it as “damaged” with the delivery partner.
- Immediately contact our team at support@sanaan.com with photos and your order details.
We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Currently, Sanaan ships only within India.
